DINOSAURS ARE COMING TO HULL!

Join us for a fun-filled family friendly day out with a parade of pre-historic favourites, plus interactive activities and stalls. With excitement for all the family it’s a guaranteed to be a totally roar-some day!

You’ll have the chance to get up close and personnal with a T. Rex, Baby Dino and Dilophosaurus! Activities include face painting, dinosaur related exhibitors and much more.

Also photo opportunity with a dinosaur egg.

*Whilst this is a free event please note some outsourced activities, stalls and rides will not be free of charge.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in various car parks in the city centre. The closest are:

Princes Quay

Public transport can also be a good option when visiting the city centre. Paragon Interchange, where you can access the bus and train network is only a short walk from Queen Victoria Square.

Is everything free?

There is no entrance fee to Dino Day.

The dinosaur shows are free of charge and there will also be  number of stalls with free activities such as crafts to participate in.

However, some stalls will be selling dinosaur related products and the face painting  and any rides will not be free of charge.

Do I need to book?

There is no need to book – you can arrive and enjoy Dino Day at any point between 11am and 3pm. However, please note the last dinosaur show starts at 2pm.

Are there toilets and baby changing?

The nearest public toilets are located in:

Princes Quay 
The shopping centre (just across the road from Queen Victoria Square) has accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.

Queen Victoria Square 
Situated underneath the statue of Queen Victoria they are accessed by steps down to the public toilets. They have a separate entrance and exit for both male and female users.

These toilets are not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps to the public toilets.
